Zoyer products have one year warranty from the date of sale.
If there are any quality problems, it will be replaced within 15 days.
Maintenance service: all products of our company can enjoy free maintenance service during the warranty period (except for problems such as factory adjustment of processing technology, use of fabrics or stitches beyond the normal use scope of the machine, and manufacturing process beyond the sewing performance of the product)
During the warranty period of the products, no unit or individual shall charge the user the service and maintenance fee in any form (the cost of replacement parts shall be calculated separately).
Replacement service: during the warranty period, if the machine case is found to have defects or oil leakage caused by the casing, the company's staff can directly apply to the product supplier for replacement.
No return or replacement is allowed under the following circumstances:
For the over insured products (products beyond the warranty period of three guarantees);
Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid injection, accident, modification, incorrect installation, or tearing, altering, machine serial number and anti-counterfeiting mark;
The outer package, accessories, gifts and instructions are incomplete, the invoice is missing or altered;
Damage caused by force majeure
